Sometimes we feel the need to pinch ourselves. Because that’s us, out there. On the Gulf. And getting paid for it. Fullers360 was born of a love for the Hauraki Gulf in 1981. And 35 years downwind, our network unifies the entire Gulf. Through a reliable network and the passion of 350 crew and staff, Fullers360 ferries nearly 6 million people every year, getting commuters to work and visitors to play. We’re in an exciting phase of growing our tourism market, restless to elevate the experience we deliver to every single one of our customers.
Our Purpose: Unifying the Hauraki Gulf by bringing together friends and whanau, supporting communities and businesses, opening up treasured destinations and sharing our local taonga.
About the role:
Do you love working with locals, tourists and commuters? Play an important role in the Waiheke Island Community here at the Waiheke Bus Company!
Every day will be an opportunity to deliver fantastic customer service, and share a unique and safe experience for our passengers, whether that involves driving the tour buses or urban service buses and experience the stunning views from your ‘office’ that is Waiheke Island.
Our bus drivers are everyday people. They enjoy working with customers (commuters and tourists), love driving through Waiheke's challenging and spectacular roads and take pride in their job. Dealing with so many different people every day and providing tour commentary requires you to communicate clearly in English (written and oral), but also be flexible and patient enough to understand those who are not English speakers. Caring about their safety is a must.
Here at Fullers Group Ltd, we are passionate about your development. We can support you in getting your Class 2 and P Endorsement – that’s right, you will be paid to train with us! Not only will you become a fully qualified bus driver, but you will work for a company that is family focused and supports your career development.
